Director of Ninja Programs

We're looking for a passionate, experienced leader to serve as our Head Coach and Director — someone who can connect with a 4-year-old taking their first steps on the course and push a competitive teenager to the podium. Someone who knows how to rig a challenging obstacle course as well as they know how to lead a team. If coaching is your calling and leadership is your strength, this role was built for you.

You Bring:
Coaching experience in ninja and OCR
Hands-on experience rigging and building ninja obstacles & courses
People leadership — you've managed a team before
Curriculum or lesson plan development skills - we have a current program that is crushing, but open to yours!
Genuine heart for kids and passion for the sport
Don't mind speaking with parents and staff
High energy, high integrity, team-first attitude
