NINJA PROGRAM DIRECTOR / ELITE HEAD COACH

This is not a beginner coaching position.
We are searching for a true leader of the sport—someone who lives and breathes ninja, understands competitive course design, athlete development, and what it takes to build a nationally recognized program.
If you can walk into a gym and immediately identify how to improve training systems, coach athletes to podium finishes, and create a culture that develops champions, keep reading.

Who We Are:
KidWonder and KWUSA operate one of the largest and fastest-growing ninja programs in Southern California. Our athletes compete at the highest levels of:
Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association (UNAA)
FINA Ninja (FINA)
World Ninja League (WNL)
National Ninja Challenge Series (NSC)
We're building more than classes—we're building a pipeline that develops beginners into elite competitors.

The Role
You will be responsible for:
✅ Leading and growing the competitive ninja team
✅ Designing progressive training programs for all age groups
✅ Coaching elite athletes pursuing regional, national, and world-level competition
✅ Understanding competition rules, formats, and strategy across UNAA, FINA, WNL, and NSC
✅ Building and modifying obstacles
✅ Hosting clinics, camps, and special events
✅ Mentoring assistant coaches
✅ Creating a positive, high-performance culture
✅ Assisting with competition hosting and course design

The Ideal Candidate
You are:
An experienced ninja coach or high-level competitive athlete
Familiar with obstacle design and movement efficiency
Passionate about developing youth athletes
Organized, professional, and self-motivated
Comfortable leading a team and making decisions
Excited about growing a nationally recognized program

Bonus Points If You Have:
National-level competition experience
Course design experience
Gym management experience
Certifications in coaching, fitness, gymnastics, parkour, climbing, or related fields
Connections within the ninja community
