Are you passionate about ninja, youth fitness, coaching, and building community?
USA Ninja Challenge Rochester is looking for a motivated leader who wants to grow into a long-term General Manager role at our Rochester-area ninja gym. We are remote owners who recently acquired the gym and are looking for the right person to take ownership of day-to-day operations, help grow programming, lead an amazing coaching culture, and expand the business over time. This position will start as a heavy part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time role as gym programming grows.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and grow ninja classes, camps, events, and competitions
• Build relationships with families and the local ninja community
• Coach and mentor athletes and staff
• Help improve operations and customer experience
• Assist with marketing and community outreach
• Develop new programming and growth opportunities
• Eventually take on broader management and leadership responsibilities

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in ninja, gymnastics, parkour, climbing, fitness, youth sports, or coaching
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Self-starter mentality
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Someone excited to grow with the business long term
• Bonus if you have competition/team coaching experience

What Makes This Different
We are not just hiring for a “coach” position. We are looking for someone who wants to help lead and grow a gym. The right person will have the opportunity to shape programming, influence culture, expand operations, and potentially grow into a full General Manager leadership role.
