    • Mats are an excellent way to provide protection but safe training practices are the only way to truly stay safe.
    • Ninja training is dangerous, even with mats.
    • Tips
      • Ensure the entire area is matted properly - do not allow falls on open seams or the ends of mats. Falls should only occur where the entire fall area is matted.
      • Mats need to be the appropriate density and thickness for the participant - we can offer suggestions but it is your responsibility to adequately apply the appropriate fall protection.
