Ninja Coach (With Growth Path to Director)
Legends Gymnastics located in North Andover, Massachusetts, is looking for a high-energy, disciplined Ninja Coach to join our team. We aren’t just looking for someone to run classes; we want a leader who is passionate about athlete development and ready to grow into a full-time Program Director role.
The Role:
Lead & Inspire: Coach recreational and competitive Ninja athletes, moving them from beginner to advanced levels.
Maintain Excellence: Enforce high standards for safety, structure, and student engagement in every class.
Develop Talent: Mentor assistant coaches and build strong relationships with parents and athletes.
Future Leadership: Partner with management to scale the program with the goal of transitioning into a Director position.
Details:
Type: Part-Time (with a clear path to Full-Time Director).
Pay: Competitive hourly + performance incentives.
Start Date: June 1, 2026.
