We’re not looking for someone to just run classes.
We’re looking for someone to own and elevate our entire coaching program.
This role is for a high-level coach who:
Can lead athletes from beginner → competition level
Holds a high standard and enforces it consistently
Develops other coaches, not just themselves
Thrives in a fast-growing, high-energy environment
What You’ll Own
Lead all class programming and structure
Coach recreational and competitive athletes
Train and develop assistant coaches
Ensure every class delivers a high-level experience
Build relationships with athletes and parents
Help grow our competitive team program
What Success Looks Like
Classes run consistently at a high level (no drop-off by coach)
Athletes improving week-over-week
Parents noticing the difference
Coaches getting better under your leadership
Competitive team gaining traction and results
